It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Boyd Toler (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on March 19, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Crandle Boyd and Dallas Elizabeth Elks Boyd; her son Charles "Charlie" Lee Toler, III; and her brother Linwood E. Boyd. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Lee Noe (Hilton) of Washington and Willie C. Toler (Elaine) of Chocowinity; her siblings, Danny Boyd of Washington and Karen Edwards; and her grandchildren, Leanne Noe, Beth Noe, Blake Toler and Charley Toler.
