He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Wills; and his father-in-law Harry E. Stiltz. He is survived by: his father Charles Richard Noble, Sr.; his wife Dawn E. Noble (Stiltz); his children, Jason D. Noble (Jess Greenberg) of Leicester, NC and Shannon E. I. Noble of Bethel, NC; his granddaughter Scarlett Rose Noble; his mother-in-law Beatrice P. Stiltz of Bethel, NC; his siblings, Charles R. Noble Jr. (Donna) of Burlington, NJ, Mark Noble of Burlington, NJ and Donna Archer of New Castle, DE; his niece Jennifer Archer of Riverside, NJ; his nephews, Michael Archer of Burlington, NJ, Charles R. Noble III of Burlington, NJ and Anthony Noble of Burlington, NJ; his brother-in-law Dean Stiltz; and also Deanne B. Mjelde of Chocowinity, NC.
