We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, at the age of 75, Brenda B. Edwards of Washington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald B. Ballance and Geraldine Ballance; and her brother Hal Ballance. She is survived by: her husband Donald Edwards; her children, Tiffany Griffis (Daniel) of Greenville, NC and Christopher Carpenter (Candace) of Lincolnton, NC; her stepchildren, Lorie Bailey (Daniel "Bat") of Washington, NC and Michael Edwards of Washington, NC; her grandchildren, Kaylon Gunter of Goldston, NC, Bickett Griffis of Greenville, NC, Foster Griffis of Greenville, NC and Payne Griffis of Greenville, NC; and her siblings, Debra Rowe (John) of Raleigh, NC and Kent Ballance of Bel Air, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
