She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Price and Annie Rabia Price; her husbands, C. Wayne Willard and William Dorsey Shields (Bill); her siblings, Robert Eddie Price, Lorenzo Price and LaRue Price Long; and her brother-in-law William Mooring (Bill).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Starr Cecchini and Pamela Leigh Willard; her stepchildren, Nicole Shields-Cappel and Sean Michael Shields; her sister June Mooring Hickman (Bob); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Willard Hale (Tommy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
