She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harvey Gurganus and Carrie Luzett Silverthorne Gurganus; and her husband Frank P. Rhem. She is survived by: her son Frank Rhem, Jr. (Kathy) of Washington; her grandchildren, Angie Clark (Greg) of Washington, Jason Rhem (Chrissy) of Washington and Kevin Rhem (Dawn) of Washington; her sister Cora Lee Woolard; and her nephew Richard Thomas Rhem. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
