Betty Cobb Hinsley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, at the age of 83, Betty Cobb Hinsley of Washington, North Carolina, born in Rogers, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Morris Cobb and Lady Louise Ward Cobb; and her husband Ray England Hinsley. She is survived by: her children, Michael Hinsley (Connie) of Charlotte, Larry Hinsley (Louise) of Washington and Barbara Lee of New Bern; her brother Bobby Cobb of Aurora, CO; her grandchildren, Marshall Lee, Christina Hinsley, Madison Hinsley and John Hinsley; and her close friend Barbara Arnold.
A graveside funeral service, with practicing social distancing and wearing of mask, will be held 1:00 p. m. Monday December 7, 2020 at Oakdale Cemetery officiated by Ray West.
