She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Lacey Williams and Elizabeth Davenport Williams. She is survived by: her spouse Grover Lee Carrow, Jr.; her daughter Susan Carrow Taylor (William) of Bath; and her siblings, Caleb Williams of South Carolina, Tommy Williams, Cleo Berry and Mildred Norris. She is also survived by five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
