He was predeceased by: his father Charles Windley Carawan. He is survived by: his mother Mary Reynolds Carawan Hopkins; his girlfriend Holly Ange of Washington; his stepfather Billy Hopkins of Williamston; his son Michael Charles Carawan of Kingsland; his sister Paula Stephenson of Washington; his nephew Rocky Stephenson of Washington; his aunt Doris Reynolds; and also Charles Reynolds (Virginia).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville.
