She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Woolard and Verna Woolard; her husband Calvin Tayloe Clark; and her siblings, Harley Woolard, James Thomas Woolard (JT), Nathan Woolard, Edna "Sissy" Woolard and Verna Paul.
She is survived by: her son Carl Clark (Sharon) of Washington; her granddaughters, Leah Moore (David) of Chocowinity and Emmy Holloman (Lewis) of Farmville; her great grandchildren, Liam Bullock of Chocowinity, Laurel Moore of Chocowinity and Sam Moore of Chocowinity; her sisters, Merle Lou Nobles of Chocowinity and Dorothy Alligood of Washington; and her sister-in-law Josephine Woolard of Washington.
