She was predeceased by: her sister Betsy Barwick; her brother-in-law Morrison Barwick; and her brother Taylor Koonce III. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann H. Tyndall of River Acres and Kate E. Tyndall (Craig L. Webb) of Washington, D. C.; her sister-in-law Peggy Koonce of River Acres; her nephew Billy Barwick (Mary); her nephew Roger Mills-Koonce (Cathi Propper); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam and Aaron of Chapel Hill, N. C.; her nephews, Zack Koonce of Goldsboro, N. C., Christopher E. Koonce (Sarah) of Chapel Hill, N. C. and John G. Tyndall III of Aptos; and also Will of Wilmington, N. C..
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that any memorial contributions be made to the Rector's Discretionary Fund of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Washington, N.C.
