She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee H. Jones and Annis Jones (Forrest); her husband L. J. Sutton; her sons, Mark Gray Sutton and Lewis Ray Sutton; her grandson Shawn Sutton; and her siblings, Annie Earl Jones-Smith, Hubert Jones, Fred "Tom" Jones, Jimmy Jones, Clarence Allen Jones, Harvey Lee Jones, Johnnie Ray Jones and Leslie Glen Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Clara L Meadows (Bernard "Chip" Whittington) of Bath, NC, Donald Lee Sutton (Valerie Sutton) of Smithfield, VA and Luther "Luke" Sutton (Missy Sutton) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Luke Sutton, Mark Sutton, Jr., Matthew Sutton, Ray Sutton, Nicholas Sutton, Richard Ward, Melissa Miles, Heather Price and Brittany Sutton; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Price, Heath Price, Mason Sutton, Myles T. Sutton, Braxton Miles, Tristan Eley, Alexis Sutton and Gatlin Miles; her great great grandchildren, Owen Price and Liam Eley; and her sister Felecia Weston.
The past year was rough for everyone with the COVID virus, she didn't get out much and couldn't see her family & grandkids.
