He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Clarence Williams and Neta Pearl Gibbs Williams; and his siblings, Nathan Williams and Linda Craig. He is survived by: his wife Joyce G. Williams; his children, Linda Linette Williams of Washington and Abram Frank Williams Jr. (Jessica) of Chocowinity; and his grandchildren, Michael Harding, Amber Harding, Victoria Williams, Cassidy Manning, Caroline Williams, Samantha Williams, Gavin Mercer, Isabella Williams, Jacob Williams and Joshua Williams.
