It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Stevens of Warsaw, North Carolina, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Stevens and Isabelle Stevens Polk. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Miller Stevens; his children, Michael Stevens (LaVoice), Elder Dexter Stevens, Glynnis Stevens (Latoyia), Linda Cox (Eddie), Rosalind Pierce, Felecia Bell and Pastor Shawn Walker (Bianca); and his mother-in-law Thelma Miller. He is also survived by three brother-in-laws; four sister-in-laws; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
