She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Byrd and Martha Hare Byrd; her husband Charles Rei Todd; her son Charles Rei Todd, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Millican and Henry Chase Brandt; and her siblings, Henry, Beatrice, Gertrude, Betty, Lillian and Annie.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Brandt (Eric) of Lake Waccamaw and William Earl Rouse of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Jessica Andrews, Zachary Millican and Clinton Ross Todd; her great grandchildren, Cade Andrews, Caitlyn Andrews, Lukas Millican and Hayden Brandt; and her siblings, Margie Fields of Warsaw and Dr. Luther Byrd of Texas.
