Smith of Benson; his brother Woodrow "Woody" Smith of Mount Olive; his aunt Judith Sellars of Wilmington; his uncle Ellis G. Joseph (Joan) of Colorado; and his cousin Anthony Sellars (Tanya) of Hampstead. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
