He is survived by: his brother Mitchell; his sister-in-law Daphne Sutton Swinson of Mount Olive; his sister Diann; his brother-in-law Marty Mitchell of Raleigh; his niece Madeline Swinson of Mount Olive; and his nephews, Dustin Swinson of Mount Olive, Patrick Tucker and Nicholas Tucker.
