He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Otis Guy and Ruth Adell Maxwell Guy; and his wife Marie Guy. He is survived by: his children, Camron Guy, Kalep Guy, Anthony Guy (Beverly Williams), Ashley Guy (Kelly), Brandon Guy (Julie), Jeanie Bland (Bud) and Amber Bostic (Jonathan). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
