She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Hicks Pigford; her son Jefferson Douglas Pigford; her granddaughter Katharine Elizabeth "Katie" Wallace; and her parents, William Gustafson and Neota Ruth Gatchell Gustafson.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia (Mike Reynolds), Hicks Pigford of Calypso, Janis (James Hogan) and Janet Meinke (Kevin) of Salisbury; her sister-in-law Adele P. Baker of Calypso; her grandchildren, Brandon Gray Wallace (Jacqui) of Garner, Lauren Wallace Albertson (Mike) of Calypso, LoriBethe Pigford of Dudley, Arthur Pigford of Calypso, Clay Hogan (Erin) of Boone and Paul Hogan (Yvonne) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her great grandchildren, Andrew Douglas Albertson, Griffin Wallace Albertson, Katharine Mavis Albertson, Levi Ellis Hardison, Walter Harrison Hogan and Paul William Hogan, Jr.; and her grandson Colton Meinke (Anna) of Salisbury. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
