He is survived by: his wife Fay Carter; his children, Ivey Steven Carter (Pam) of Warsaw and Wanda Stancil of Warsaw; his granddaughters, Megan Stancil, Samantha Carter and Miranda Carter Campbell (Jamal); his great grandchildren, Cayden Carter, Alianna Campbell, Kaliyah Campbell and Carter Dunn; and his siblings, Richard Carter, Edward Carter (Barbara) of Glen Allen, VA and Anna Faye Mimken (Brian) of Eden.
