She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Kirby, Jr. and Katie Mae Gore Kirby; her husband Gene Edmundson; and her brothers, Carl Kirby and Dennis Kirby.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer E. Harrell (Jacob) of Warsaw, NC; her grandchildren, Hunter and Rachel Harrell; her sister-in-law Cathy Best of Mount Olive, NC; and her half-sister Pat Singleton of Goldsboro, NC. She is also survived by cousins and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
