He was predeceased by: his father Deacon Lenzy Ray Frederick. He is survived by: his mother Evangelist Christine Davis Frederick of Mt. Olive; his wife Debbie Vann Frederick; his children, Markita Frederick of Greenville and Braxton Frederick Jr. (Guadlup) of Warsaw; and his siblings, Troy Frederick (Ann) of Mt. Olive, Vickie Nickelson of Mt. Olive and Eldress Lori Collins (Pastor James) of Ayden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, his church family, other relatives and friends.
