He is survived by: his wife Pauline Pelipel Carroll; his children, Terry Carroll of Goldsboro, NC, Tamma Hill of Raleigh, NC, Bobby Carroll, Jr. (Karen) of Fort Worth, TX, Vickie Carroll of Goldsboro, NC, Gina Colasito Leonzanida (Renato) of Barugo, Guillerma Caberos (Armand) of Capoocan, Remilo "Jojo" Relevo (Candy) of San Mateo, Rizal, Rachell Carroll of Charlotte, NC and Jeffrey Hill of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Donald Ray Carroll of Rose Hill, NC, Jerry Carroll (Bonnie) of Washington, DC, Hannah Burns of Temple Hills, MD and Faye Whitehead (Jeffrey) of Kenansville, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
