He is survived by: his children, Patricia Boden (Konrad Zeller) of Charlottesville, VA, Jeffrey (Janet) of Charlotte, NC and John (Mary Ann) of Edina, MN; his grandchildren, Kelly, Grant Harris of Charlotte, NC, Emily Harris of Los Angeles, CA, Cole and Blake Harris of Edina, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Clifford (John Clifford) of Wilson, NC, Lindy Burgess of Greenville, SC, Linda Morgan (Ronnie) of Farmville, NC, Carolyn Grant of Ayden and David Grant (Mary Rose) of Ayden.
