He is survived by: his son Tivon Neals of New York; his stepson Michael Hicks of New Jersey; and his siblings, John Neals (Esther) of Piscataway, Sheila Lowe-Wilson of Warrenton, Charles Neals, Jr. (Debra) of Delran and Willie Bea Davis of East Orange. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
