He is survived by: his wife Katherine B. Hilliard; his children, Amanda Cabiness (Kris) and Erik Hilliard; his granddaughter Kati Cabiness; and his siblings, Elree Hilliard and Kaye Hall (Billy). He is also survived by his wife, cherished his children.
