He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Parham Bender; his children, Jonathan Bender (Jill), Alicia Daeke (Kent) and Jan-Marie Bartholomew (Eric); his sister Doris Williams (Randall); his sister-in-law Annie Bender; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bender, Madison Bender, Jordan Bender, Payten Bender, Joseph Bender, Laurin Bender, William Bartholomew, Benjamin Daeke, Morgan Sawyer (Mason) and Trevor Daeke (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Michael Sawyer, Monroe Sawyer and Dawson Daeke.
