He is survived by: his children, Amira Alston of Durham, Takiere Alston of Durham, Ashya Alston of Durham, Anthony "AJ" Alston of Oxford and Antonio Alston of Oxford; his mother Eula Hedgepeth of Robersonville; his siblings, Bernetta Alston of Warrenton, Teresa Alston of Clinton, Joi Miles (Curtis) of Bahama and Eric Mays (Sandra) of Apex; and his close friend Daila Magbie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
