She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Davis and Julia Davis (Perry); her husband Samuel Richardson, Sr.; her son Samuel Richardson, Jr.; her granddaughter Vanessa Richardson; her great grandchild Jasmisha Michelle Wilshire; her daughter-in-law Angela Richardson; and her siblings, Alfred Davis, Eugene Davis, Roosevelt Davis, Betty Hill, Mattie Yarborough, Viola Williams, Lula Williams, Lillian Carter, Eula Foster and Maggie Pearl Bryson.

She is survived by: her children, Ernest Richardson (Eleanor) of Castalia, NC, Mamie Jackson (William) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Theodore Richardson (Maxine) of Louisburg, NC, Arthur Richardson (Michelle) of Warrenton, NC and Wayne Richardson (Sylvia) of Warrenton, NC; her sister Gladys Hill of Washington, D. C.; and her siblings-in-law, Walter Richardson of Louisburg, NC, Martha Richardson of Louisburg, NC and Bernice Richardson of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
