He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelce Miller and Ida Mae Severt Miller. He is survived by: his son Dereck Miller of Mars Hill; and his siblings, Jerry Miller of West Jefferson, James Miller of West Jefferson, Juanita Farmer of West Jefferson, Wilda Woodie of West Jefferson and Glenda Wagoner of West Jefferson.
