She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Childers; and her siblings, Delmer Childers and Hazel Yates. She is survived by: her husband Dan Bledsoe; her siblings, Roger (Barbara) of Jefferson, James (Janet) of Elloree, Eva Miller of Bradenton and Betty Norris (Ronnie) of Todd; and her sister-in-law Alma Childers of Bradenton, Florida. She is also survived by two step-children; two step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
