Elaine Phipps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Phipps (Warrensville, North Carolina), who passed away on March 19, 2019 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Joseph Dean; her husband Randy Phipps; her children, Amy Graybeal Branch (Mark) of Boone and Jody Graybeal (Julie) of Warrensville; her mother Ruby Richardson of Warrensville; her grandchildren, Emily Chapple (Jonathan), Alyson Branch, Victoria Branch and Haleigh Graybeal; and her great grandchild Madilyn Chapple. She was also cherished by one aunt, one uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
