It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Roland of Warrensville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roland and Opal Osborne Roland; his wife Anna Lou Dodson Roland; his daughter Kathy Ann Roland; and his brothers, Dean and Paul Roland.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Roland (Loretta) of Independence, VA, John Roland of King and Brenda Veler (Richard) of King; and his sisters, Nona Houck of West Jefferson, Bobbie Laney, Evelyn Jones of Warrensville and Linda Bare of Fleetwood. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
