She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cecil Johnson and Amanda Ellen Barnes Johnson; and her husband Thomas Mack Rose. She is survived by: the father of her children Charles W. Humphrey of Warrensville; her daughters, Shirley Ellen Heavner of Hagerstown and Teresa Ann Locklear of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Randy Heavner, Ryan Heavner, Robby Heavner, Joey Heavner, Daniel Heavner, Victoria Smith, Tommy Norris, Michael Norris and Cassie Norris; her nephews, Ward Johnson, Paul Johnson, John Johnson and Kenny Johnson; her niece Jessica Johnson; and also Jeff Brown. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
