She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Taylor and Geraldine Garner Taylor; and her siblings, Millard Dean Taylor, Geneva Taylor, Joanne Nalley, Margie Sharp and Aletta White.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Byers; her children, Danny Byers of Wellington, FL, Benny Byers of Belton, TX, Mike Byers of Warne, NC and Sheryl Miller (Steve) of Warne, NC; and her siblings, Jimmy Taylor of Corsicana, TX and Janet Leigh Fitzgerald of Belton, TX. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Free Will Baptist Church, 259 Tusquittee Street, Hayesville, NC 28904.
