He is survived by: his wife Carol Rebecca Ludlam Webb; his sons, Scott Edward Webb (Janice) of Eufaula, David Mark Webb (Erin) of Kelso and Kevin Matthew Webb (Samantha) of Warne; his siblings, Betty Hampton (Jim) of Tallahassee, Florida and Claude Lee Webb (Cathy) of Tampa, Florida; his grandchildren, Kesley Culpepper (Weston), Trenton Webb (Leah), Liam Webb, Brendan Webb, Callan Webb, Emily Webb, Matthew Webb and Caitlind Webb; and his great grandchildren, Taylor and Tucker Culpepper. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; and cousins.
