James R. Hogsed Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Hogsed of Warne, North Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James R. Hogsed to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Hogsed and Ethel Byers Hogsed; and his siblings, Bruce, Carl Hogsed and Peggy Levi.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Hogsed; his children, Keith Hogsed (Donita), Michael Hogsed and Angie Porter (James); and his grandchildren, Katie, Jessica Hogsed, Dallas and Dillon Porter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in James' honor to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 190, Warne, NC 28909.
