It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Byers (Warne, North Carolina), who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Charles Woodrow; his wife Wanda Jean Taylor Byers; and his siblings, Wayne Byers, Roy Lee Byers, Jack Byers, Monroe Byers, Claude D. Byers, Benny Edward Byers, Helen Scharringhausen and Betty Sue Hooper.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Byers of Wellington, FL, Benny Fred Byers of Belton, TX, Mike Byers of Warne, NC and Sheryl Miller (Steve) of Warne; and his brothers, Lawrence of Hayesville and Thomas Byers of Hayesville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Free Will Baptist Church, 259 Tusquittee Street, Hayesville, NC 28904.
