He was predeceased by: his mother Lena Casale Caiazzo; and his grandson Luca Caiazzo. He is survived by: his father Felice "Phil" Caiazzo; his wife Eleanor McGuire Caiazzo; his children, Michelle Caiazzo-Denton (William) of Hayesville, Alyzandra Caiazzo, Angelo Caiazzo II of Hayesville and Chris Caiazzo (Trisha) of Warne; his brothers, Tom Caiazzo, John Caiazzo and Philip Caiazzo; and his close friends, Ron Moor and Richard Bernheardt. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
