She is survived by: her daughters, Ida "Gerry" Payne Heath (Tim) of Wanchese, Camilla Payne Piercy of Wanchese and April Payne LaCount (John) of Manteo; her grandchildren, Daniel Heath (Daphnie), Deborah Heath, April Michelle Pope, Adam Pope, Stephen Piercy, Joshua LaCount, Jacqueline LaCount Smithwick (Hunter), Jessika LaCount and Jillian LaCount; her great grandchildren, Tabitha, Elizabeth, Nathaniel, Elijah, Felicity, Harmony, Melody, Judah and Aslan; her sisters, Esther Quidley Dellinger of Chesapeake, VA and Pamela Quidley Ells-Johnson of Chesapeake, VA; her nephews, Warren, Logan Westphal and Corey Quidley; and her niece Hannah. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
