He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Skinner Etheridge and Martha Rodgers Etheridge; his brothers, Aaron Etheridge (Jodie Etheridge), John Etheridge (Karen Etheridge) and James Etheridge; and his uncle Rex Etheridge (Margaret Etheridge).

He is survived by: his wife Sharen Etheridge; his daughters, Summer Casper (Josh Casper) and Casey Stowe (Brook Stowe); his grandchildren, Julia, Wyatt, Cam, Willow, Kaylin, Addie and Everlee; and his siblings, Trudy Vegter (Jack Vegter), Paul Etheridge (Beth Etheridge), Peter Etheridge (Connie Etheridge), Steven Etheridge (Carol Etheridge), David Etheridge (Wendy Etheridge), Charlese Etheridge, Wilda Etheridge (Clark Grinsdale) and Sam Etheridge.
