She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Barnett Hayman and Jefferson Davis Hayman; and her husband Marvin Kerry "Tiny" Forbes. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelley Barlow and Tracy Chapman (Bobby); her grandchildren, Timberly Creef (Will), Hunter Chapman, Camron Kelly and Kerry-Tucker Chapman; and her sister Olive Hayman Grandy-Green. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
