He was predeceased by: his father Carl E. Clever, Sr.; and his brother Troy Clever. He is survived by: his mother Bonita Lee Perry Clever; his wife Melissa McDowell Clever; his children, Molly Staab (Elisabeth), Ashleigh Cahoon, Annie Clever, Keyaira Clever, Tavis Cahoon and Calvin Clever; his grandchildren, Eldon Cahoon and Zayden McDowell; and his stepsister Gina Benza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
