He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis Beasley, Sr. and Minnie Lee Gamiel Beasley; his siblings, James Lewis Beasley, Jr., Ralph Beasley and Donis Beasley Parker; and his grandchildren, Joboy and Jobaby Beasley.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Becton Beasley; his sons, George Thomas Beasley (Johanna) of Colington and Joby Lane Beasley (Marla) of Wanchese; and his grandchildren, Kylie Lane Beasley, Anna Marie Beasley, Rachael Nicole Beasley, Kobe Ansell Beasley and Kali-Jo Margaret Beasley.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Billy's memory to the Colington Volunteer Fire Department.
