We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2019, at the age of 81, Robert Burns Hicks (Walstonburg, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Lucynda A. Drake (Danny); his grandchildren, Lacey, Nathan and William; his daughter-in-law Marlene V. Hicks; his brother Richard (Geena) of Danville, VA; his sister-in-law Marilu B. Cox of Apex; his wife Bonnie B. Hicks; his son Robert B. Jr.; and his siblings, Carl Thomas Jr., E. L., Ann H. Russell, Betty Sue, Patricia Lynn and Carol Lynn. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Walstonburg Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 65, Wasltonburg, NC 27888.
