He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Smith and Carrie Reeves Smith; and his siblings, Elizabeth Tyndall, Lloyd, William, Robert and Edward Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Baker Smith; his children, Michelle Glover (Mike), Melissa Talarico, Paul Smith (Olivia), Timmy Smith and John Paul Smith (Ashley); his grandchildren, Skylar Talarico, Falon, Bree, Devin Jackson, Keira Jackson, Kinsley Jackson, Tyler Whitley, Kaleigh Smith and Jasper Smith; and his sisters, Faye Moore, Edith Peacock and Sadie Hill.
