She is survived by: her husband Jack Relyea; her children, Rick Gay (Randi) of Raleigh and Polly McKenzie (Carl) of Raleigh; her stepchildren, Johnny Relyea (Natalie) of Walstonburg and Pat Page (Glenn) of Greenville; her siblings, Amy Hunt of Farmville, Mildred Hardee of Farmville, Freddie Wainwright (Phyllis) of Farmville and Jack Wainwright Jr. (Helen) of Kinston; her grandchildren, Jason, Lori and Scott; her stepgrandsons, Josh (Beth), Jeremy and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Jeffrey, Maddie and Jackson.
