She was predeceased by: her husband Holland Peter Bullins; and her siblings, Rayvon Mabe and Nancy Shelton. She is survived by: her children, Donna Kay Shelton and Michael Jan Bullins (Teresa); her grandchildren, Amanda Campbell (Jimmy), Ashley Ceasar (Jabbo), Brandon Bullins and Cody Bullins; her great grandchildren, Holly, Lindsay, Devon and Kaynen; and her brother Johnny P. Mabe.
