She was predeceased by: her husband Carlos Evans Clifton, Sr.; and her sister Alice Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by: her children, Carlos Evans Clifton, Jr. (April), Vicky C. Roberson (Michael) and Billy Clifton (Christy); and her brothers, James Smith, Timothy Smith and Paul Smith. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
