He was predeceased by: his stepfather Floyd Frank Barney, Sr.; and his son-in-law Brian Walker. He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Stout, Jr. (Jennifer), Todd Stout, Diane Snow and Crystal Fisher (Bobby); and his brothers, Jeffrey Stout (Elsie) and Floyd "Junior" Barney, Jr. (Melissa). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.
