With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Huffman Staples (Walnut Cove, North Carolina), who passed away on April 27, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Allen Huffman (Spaugh) and Joseph Ray Huffman; her stepfather George Spaugh; and her brothers, Bobby Huffman and Clyde Huffman.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Reynolds Staples; her daughter Robin Staples (Paul Tuohy); her grandchildren, Michael, Mary Ashley and Christopher Tuohy; her sisters, Jo Ann Buchanan, Shirley Wilson, Faye Beeson (Larry) and Linda Vest; and her sisters-in-law, Alyce Huffman and Kathleen Huffman.
